MINI MASTERPIECES FILM MAKERS ANNOUNCED

The directors for the latest round of the Mini Masterpieces fast film-making scheme have been announced
Congratulations Josh Randall, Max Cliendaniel and Sam Alani!
These brave souls now have just two weeks to develop their 90 second films
before they produce, edit and premiere over two days of the Encounters
Festival.
Josh Randall from Somerset is making 'Balls', a film about two 15 year olds
waiting in a playground for the arrival of a gang. UWE student Max
Clendaniel's 'Heavy Metal' relates the story of what happens when a man
meets an over friendly musical robot and Defence Consultant Sam Alani's
'Rapunzel' is a retelling of the fairy story against the backdrop of
Bristol's West End.
The premiere will be on Cinema 3 at Watershed alongside our partners Depict!
and on the BBC Big Screen in Millennium Square on Saturday 21st November.
